The 2024 CWA Summit will take place at the Oregon Convention Center, 777 Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Portland, OR, 97232.

The conference takes place on Wednesday, May 15^th, 2024, through Friday, May 17^th, 2024. Pre-conference workshops will begin on Monday, May 13^th, 2024.

Yes! CWA members can save up to $200 on their registration. Members also have access to group pricing during the Early Bird, Regular, and Late Registration periods for additional savings!

All active full and part-time employees of CWA member companies are eligible to receive the member rate. Employment verification and current membership standing are required to receive this benefit. Yes! When going through online registration, you can add multiple attendees to your cart. CWA members receive a discount for group registrations, which is available as a special ticket type in the online registration process. Registration fees for the CWA Summit are not transferable to persons outside of your organization or to subsequent events. Requests for cancellations or transfers must be made in writing to the CWA no later than April 12^th, 2024. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled. If you cancel your registration prior to February 16^th, 2024, you may be entitled to a 95% refund of your conference registration payment. If you cancel your registration after February 16^th but before April 12^th, 2024, you may be entitled to a 75% refund of your conference registration payment. Pre-conference fees will be forfeited. No refunds after April 12^th, 2024, and no refunds for no-shows, unless approved in writing by the CWA.

The weather in Portland tends to have average lows in the low 50s-degree Fahrenheit and average highs in the high 60s-degree Fahrenheit throughout May. Portland enjoys a good mix of clouds and sunshine, so be prepared for sporadic rain, with the average likelihood of rain at 30% throughout the day. We recommend bringing enough layers to ensure you are comfortable in case of cold fronts or wet weather. As always, checking the forecast close to your trip is essential!
