The 2022 CWA Summit will take place at the Salt Palace Convention Center, 100 S W Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101.

Where should I stay?

The convention center is located close to several hotels, and we have secured a discounted room block for attendees, vendors, and presenters. Please visit the Venue & Lodging page for the link to reserve your room. The room block will be available for reservation on a rolling basis until it is filled, or through mid-April, whichever comes first.

Yes! When going through online registration, you can add multiple attendees to your cart. CWA members receive a discount for group registrations, which is available as a special ticket type in the online registration process. I already registered, but I need to change some of my information.

After registration, you will receive a registration confirmation e-mail. You can access your registration through your login on the CWA website. If you're unable to make the changes you need through our online portal, contact us at hello@cwapro.org or 720-838-8284. Please note: Registration fees are not transferable to persons outside of your organization or to subsequent events. Requests for cancellations or transfers must be made in writing to the CWA no later than April 11, 2022. If you cancel your registration prior to April 11, 2022 you are entitled to a 75% refund of your conference registration payment (pre-conference fees will be forfeited). No refunds after April 11, 2022 and no refunds for no-shows, no exceptions.

What is the weather like in Utah in May? What should I pack?

The weather in Utah can be unpredictable. A sunny day can quickly turn into rain, snow, or even hail, especially in May. We recommend packing a good mix of warm and cold weather layers. It's also a good idea to keep an eye on the forecast leading up to the event.

What meals are offered?

The CWA knows the importance of staying fueled when your brain is processing all this new exciting information. This year, the CWA will be hosting an opening reception (following our keynote!) with appetizers and drinks on Wednesday evening, along with lunch on both Thursday and Friday, and rounding out each evening with social mixers complete with appetizers and drink options! Come hungry!

What is the cancellation policy?

Registration fees are not transferable to persons outside of your organization or to subsequent events. Requests for cancellations or transfers must be made in writing to the CWA no later than April 11, 2022. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled. If you cancel your registration prior to April 11, 2022 you may be entitled to a 75% refund of your conference registration payment. Pre-conference fees will be forfeited. No refunds after April 11, 2022 and no refunds for no-shows, no exceptions.
