General Refund Policies
Registration fees for the CWA Summit are not transferable to persons outside of your organization or to subsequent events. Requests for cancellations or transfers must be made in writing to the CWA no later than April 12th, 2024. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled. If you cancel your registration prior to February 16th, 2024, you may be entitled to a 95% refund of your conference registration payment. If you cancel your registration after February 16th but before April 12th, 2024, you may be entitled to a 75% refund of your conference registration payment. Pre-conference fees will be forfeited. No refunds after April 12th, 2024, and no refunds for no-shows, unless approved in writing by the CWA.
